Beikun Young Scientist Award
Empowering young people to innovate and lead the future of technology

To stimulate the innovative vitality of young science and technology workers and assist in the construction of a strong science and technology country, the "Beikun Young Scientist Award" is established. This award is oriented towards the future and values potential, focusing on high-end chemical, new materials, new energy, biomedicine, high-end equipment manufacturing, artificial intelligence and other fields. It is committed to cultivating young scientists with breakthrough innovation capabilities and potential, and building an ecosystem that empowers industrial development with technology.

High funding, precise support
The award is aimed at young technology workers (male ≤ 45 years old, female ≤ 48 years old) working full-time in mainland China and Hong Kong and Macao regions. The total annual reward is 10 million yuan, with no more than 5 people per year, providing a solid guarantee for innovative research.

Authoritative review, fair and transparent
Relying on the decentralized operational structure of "Management Committee Review Committee Supervision Committee", ensure that the entire review process is open, fair, and impartial. Through the dual channels of "expert nomination+free application", candidates are selected, and after two rounds of strict screening in the initial and final rounds, the list of winners is finally determined, publicly announced to the society, and subject to supervision.

Ecological co construction, shared responsibility
Winning scientists are required to participate in award related activities and regularly submit research progress reports to promote the transformation and implementation of their achievements. The award strictly adheres to research ethics and has zero tolerance for academic misconduct. By establishing a collaborative mechanism between industry, academia, and research, we aim to promote the integrated development of technological innovation and industrial innovation.

The original intention of public welfare, multidimensional empowerment
As a public welfare project, the Beikun Award does not charge any fees and embodies industry wisdom with the concept of "openness, sharing, and win-win". By linking technology and industrial resources, we provide comprehensive support for young scientists in technology transformation and resource docking, accelerating the transition from laboratory to industrialization and injecting strong momentum into national scientific and technological innovation.
